Kettlebell Flow Demonstration

Why move this way? Kettlebell flow builds strength in front, back and lateral planes of motion as opposed to just front and back like traditional kettlebell lifts. Building in a rotational component adds a lot of strength in areas you do not traditionally focus on by forcing you to control the direction of the weight in multiple planes of motion.
